Youtopia Ride & Play Park – A Hip Cafe & Skatepark In Phuket

Youtopia Cafe serves up interesting healthy dishes as well as sinfully sweet and delicious desserts. Popular for its homemade crepes, the cafe also makes homemade granola and homemade gelato including Peanut Butter, Charcoal and Vanilla flavors. For those looking for a healthy alternative, the cafe has a variety of smoothie bowls and creative Buddha Bowls – veggie bowls stuffed with healthy protein like tofu and brown rice seasoned with tasty dressings and sauces. Flatbread pizzas are also available. Similar to a Turkish pide, the flatbread pizzas make a wonderful lunch option. They’re loaded with fresh ingredients, a homemade garlic sauce and served in portions big enough to share, or perhaps you’ll want to take the leftovers home?

One of Coffee Culture Thailand’s dedicated partner cafes, Youtopia Cafe is an excellent place to grab a coffee when you’re in the southern Phuket neighborhood of Rawai. Using locally sourced Italian Roast coffee, Youtopia Cafe has an extensive selection of coffee drinks including classic favorites such as espresso, cappuccino and latte as well as an excellent Affogato served with their homemade gelato. Drop in and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee while watching the kids go wild on the pump track practicing their latest skateboarding moves! 

Heavenly Scents Of Crepes, Outstanding Affogato Coffee, & Homemade Gelatos

We didn’t know what to expect the day we visited Youtopia Cafe, however, from the first heavenly scents of crepes being baked, we knew we were going to be in for a treat. To start our delicious dining session, we sip on outstanding Affogato coffee made with homemade peanut butter gelato. The peanut butter gelato really elevates the drink, and leaves us intrigued as to what is coming next. 

Without missing a beat, the friendly staff started setting plates down on our table. All of the food is bright and colorful, and smells amazing! We are served a variety of savory crepes including Mushroom & Cheese and an Egg & Cheese crepe with homemade garlic sauce. The crepes are really tasty, and the garlic sauce is a nice tangy touch. 

Smoothie bowls are up next and we dive into Spinach & Peanut Butter and Banana & Mango delights which are so fresh, sweet and luscious. The smoothie bowls are refreshing, and while both are very good, our team likes the Banana & Mango one best. 

After the smoothie bowls, we sample the unique Mushroom, Spinach & Garlic flatbread pizza and a healthy Buddha Bowl loaded with veggies, brown rice and slathered with a rich Penang curry sauce. The food is really excellent. It’s fresh, flavorful and obvious that the ingredients are high quality. We share all of the dishes amongst the team, and happily eat it all! 

Make Space For Their Signature Crepes, Delicious Cakes & Homemade Gelatos

The delicious smell of the desserts appealed to our senses and we just couldn’t say no when the Nutella & Peanut Butter Crepe was placed on the table, could you? The desserts here are delicious. Youtopia’s Carrot Cake is so decadent – the cake is served in a jar, it’s perfectly moist and slathered in creamy frosting. The Nutella & Peanut Butter Crepe, is not for non sweet lovers, was so sweet, but heavenly!

New to the Phuket dining scene, Youtopia Cafe offers up a relaxing space on a quiet side street in Rawai. While the menu may be simple, the food is very tasty! Some of the cafe’s best selling items include the Veggie Crepe, Peanut Butter Gelato, NOtella + Cheese Crepe, and of course, locally sourced fresh roasted coffee from Coffee Culture Thailand.
